Postpartum doulas typically focus more on the weeks (or months) following birth. During this training we will be covering different ways to support mom and family after birth. This is a very important transitional period and with the right support mom and baby will be off to a strong healthy start. We will cover nutrition, normal patterns of a newborn, postpartum planning and so much more!
